Helping customers navigate technical challenges has been my focus for many years. From monitoring systems and managing accounts to leading incident response when things go offline, I enjoy being the calm voice that guides both users and teams back to stability.
What drives me is clear communication during chaos, thorough documentation that prevents future headaches, and partnering with engineers not just to restore service, but to understand how we can make it more reliable next time.
Prior to holding a support role, I designed E-Learning instructional applications. My portfolio displays some of the work from my past projects. Prior to Instructional Design, I worked as a Photographer and Video Specialist in the United States Navy.
